Supporters

Big Thanks

We have a fantastic group of supporters, both individuals and organisations. It’s supporters like these that mean we can continue to provide support – we and the families we’ve helped are forever thankful.

Thank you National Lottery!

We're celebrating after being awarded National Lottery funding to support our work with those affected by H.I.E. This is the first time we have been awarded multi-year funding which will cover costs for our project "Peeps Together - Connecting our Community" over the next 3 years. We will use the money to increase our offering and support available to families, in particular running more face to face events (our Peeps Together sessions), based on feedback from families wanting to be able to connect in person and on a local level.

United Way

We were delighted to have been selected for a grant of £1,500 from United Way UK’s Give Local 2023 grants in partnership with Costco. This has been used to support the mental health of those touched by H.I.E. and has had a positive impact already. Thanks so much to all involved!

Bruce Wake Charitable Trust

We're incredibly appreciative of our recent donation, which is going towards our Bendrigg Trust visit in April 2024. This enables families, who have children with additional needs, to enjoy a fully accessible weekend, that otherwise may not be possible.

Lanyon Bowdler

Thank you to Lanyon Bowdler Solicitors for donating the profits from their Thriving After Brain Injury conference between Peeps and Hereford Aquired Brain Injury Team (HABIT).

Fletchers Solicitors

Huge thanks to Fletchers Solicitors for their generous donation towards our fully accessible activity weekend for Peeps' families at Bendrigg Trust. The funding has helped ensure that cost isn't a barrier, and we know just how much the weekend will mean to so many. Thank you!

RWK Goodman

Thanks to the team at RWK Goodman for their kind donation of £500 towards our Bendrigg Trust weekend. We can't wait to share the fun and adventures from the break in April 2024.

Movement for Good Award

Peeps has been selected to receive a £1,000 donation as part of Benefact Group’s annual Movement for Good Awards, which is giving over £1million away to charities and good causes. This amount will help us support even more families touched by H.I.E. Thank you!

UKH Foundation

Huge thanks to the UKH Foundation for their generous donation of £5,000. This will help us support more families touched by HIE, with a focus on mental health and wellbeing, which is so important. Thank you!

The National Lottery Community Fund

We're delighted to share that Peeps has been awarded £10,000 from the National Lottery Community Fund, for HIE Mental Health Support. Thank you National Lottery players - this will make a huge difference to the families we support.

The Albert Hunt Trust

We are very excited to announce that The Albert Hunt Trust has awarded Peeps £2000 toward the cost of the Peeps' family weekend at Bendrigg Trust.  We want the weekend to be as accessible as possible for our families, and that includes keeping costs as low as we can.  This grant will be a huge help in achieving this! Thank you.

CL Medilaw

We're so thankful for all the support that Charlotte and the team at CL Medilaw have given Peeps over the years - from when we were just starting out in 2018, to now! Their recent contribution of £500 has funded our Peeps Together events at Space in Preston. Thank you!

Fire Walk Supporters

Huge thanks to CL Medilaw and JMW Solicitors who have contributed to the cost of running the event, meaning that all money raised on the night will go to Peeps (hurrah!) and to Bolt Burden Kemp for funding the Mobiloo making it a fully accessible venue! We really do appreciate the support, thank you.

Garfield Weston Foundation

We'd like to say a huge THANK YOU for the £5,000 grant - this will make a huge difference to the support we can offer families touched by HIE. There are so many good causes doing wonderful work, and it means a lot to have been selected for a grant. Thank you.

Magic Little Grants

Hurrah for our £500 from Magic Little Grants, thanks to players of People's Postcode Lottery. This money will be carefully spent on mental health support for our families, touched by HIE. It makes such a difference having support like this, and really is appreciated. Thank you!

Action Together

Thank you @WeActTogether for funding £5,000 for our "HIE Support in Tameside" Project - we can't wait to get started and reach even more families. This is a brand new project, aimed at reaching families across Tameside, in new ways. We hope to roll out across the UK going forward! Keep an eye on the page for progress reports.

Box Power CIC

Box Power is a Community Interest Company, where all profits are given to charitable causes. Peeps recently applied for one of their grants, and we were thrilled to find that not only had we been awarded the £15,000 we applied for, but that they were DOUBLING all donations. Huge thank you to Box Power. Run by an amazing family, they are making sure a difference to so many people.

JMW

Thank you to JMW for donating a £200 John Lewis voucher for our Christmas Prize Draw! We really appreciate your generosity and continued support.

The Dorchester, London

Thank you to The Dorchester, London,  for kindly donating a champagne afternoon tea for two, for our Christmas Prize Draw. The lucky winner will have such a fabulous time!

Experience Days Ltd.

Thank you to Experience Days Ltd. for kindly donating a prize for our upcoming fundraising event. You can find out more about them and what they offer on their website. Thank you!

Arnold Clark Community Fund

In May 2021 we were delighted to hear that we had secured £1,000 from The Arnold Clark Community Fund. Thank you! This money will help us reach more families affected by HIE.

National Lottery Fund

Huge thanks to @TNLComFund who have awarded Peeps £10,000 in February 2021. This money is to go towards mental health support for our families.  We really can't express how much this means to us. These are such challenging times for so many people, and it's great to know that this money can be put to such good use. Thank you.
