New Date – Fire walk for Peeps!

We’re pleased to say we have a new date for the fire walk.

This was the earliest date that the venue and Karen from Blaze could do so we’re really hoping it fits in with everyone, and maybe gives us time to recruit even more walkers!

As the clocks will have changed by then, we’ll just be pushing the start time back by half an hour. Not sure if you want to hear this, but the glowing embers (!) look better on pictures if it’s going dark.

Join us for a night of fun and fire walking – and we promise you, those two things go together – all whilst raising money and awareness.

We now have over 30 walkers signed up, so why not be part of the team and join in too3

No previous experience needed. Under the expert guidance of Karen from Blaze, you’ll complete a pre-walk briefing session, making sure you have the skills and confidence to tackle the challenge. Great for team-building and motivation!

The entry fee is to help towards the running of the event, however if this is a barrier to you taking part please do get in touch – no need to explain anything, we’ll make arrangements for you. Thank you to CL Medilaw and JMW who have made kind contributions to the cost of putting on the fire walk too.

Of course we’d love it if you can raise as much as possible for Peeps, so we’re encouraging a minimum sponsorship of £50 – we’ll help you with everything you need, such as sponsor forms/donation page etc. You can see how we’re doing so far by checking out our JustGiving Page – thanks so much to everyone’s generosity.

Every entry will get a goody bag on the night and certificate of your achievement. There’s also the option for your friends/family to buy a place and fundraise for other charities, or just take part for the experience.

The venue has plenty of parking and is wheelchair accessible. We have also booked a Mobiloo (fully accessible toilet), kindly funded by Bolt Burden Kemp, as we know how important suitable facilities are for everyone.
