Book Club

The Peeps’ book club is a great chance to connect with other H.I.E. families (parents, grandparents and carers) without the full focus being around H.I.E. life.

The session is 30 minutes (life is busy!), and we’ll be doing all we can to help ensure that time is purely for you – a little time out, no pressure,  just a place to come together and chat over the book that’s been read. A small way of fitting in some important self care to your routine. Bring a drink, some snacks and get cosy…

The sessions are online, peer-led and you’ll always receive a warm welcome. If you haven’t been before, please don’t worry, and feel free to contact us to chat through.
