Personal information of referred families

To enable Peeps to best serve families who refer in to the charity, some personal information is requested. We take our responsibilities over data protection seriously, and will always be transparent about the reason for obtaining, and how we use, your data.

We use a system called Lamplight to store data. By submitting the form you allow us to store and use your data for the purpose of providing the best service we can. Our IT support helps with the system, ensures it runs smoothly and is as user-friendly as possible.

Can you help?

At the moment, H.I.E. isn’t listed on the @NHSEngland website. We want to see it added, with a signpost to support. Families search for answers, reassurance, and information, especially in the early days.

Any contacts that could make this happen? 🤞🏻#HeardOfHIE…
