Volunteering with Peeps

People volunteer with Peeps for many different reasons, and we have a variety of roles available to suit everyone. Gifting your time means we can support more families. 

If you have experienced or understand H.I.E. (yourself, family or friend), have a strong ability to listen and support others, are enthusiastic and passionate, and have a little time to dedicate to making a difference, we would love you to get in touch.  

We’re always open to new ideas and skills, so if there’s a particular volunteer role you’re interested in, please let us know! If you’re unsure, here’s a few of our current volunteer roles:

How do I apply to be a Volunteer?

You can apply to be a Peeps Volunteer in 3 easy steps. 

1. Download our application form (linked below), or get in touch to request a paper form
    
2. Complete the form and return this to Laura@peeps-hie.org
   
   
3. We’ll contact you to chat through the options and what happens next. We will ensure you receive all the training and resources you need for your role

“I knew pretty early on how incredible this charity is, so when I was given the opportunity to be a volunteer I jumped at the chance. Initially it was just helping out at events then I decided to do my training to become a peer supporter.
