H.I.E. Awareness Day
H.I.E. Awareness Day is Sunday 4th April 2027!
We’d love you to be on board with us on the run up to 4th April! As always, we’ll make it as easy as possible (and free!) to get involved.
Our first ask: If you use email, can you add our email banner to your signature (just check with your employer that it’s ok of course if in a place of work!). This will help spread the word with everyone you have contact with!
Our second ask: we want to share and represent as many experiences of H.I.E. as possible, from families and those who support them in their work. We are looking for people to contribute pieces we can add to our website and socials on the 4th April. If you’d like to do a short article, video or sound clip, you can fill out our short form here.
Our third ask: please have a watch (and a share if you can!) of our HIE song. The most beautiful faces, and highlighting that yes their HIE journey can be difficult but there are so many positives too.
Our fourth ask: share, share and share! The more we can encourage people to talk about H.I.E. the better. Please use #HeardofHIE in all your socials.
Our fifth ask: Take on a fundraising challenge, everything big or small helps us to continue our important work! Whether you walk, run, jog or roll, set your own goal, raise money for Peeps.
