Claudia will be offering free initial legal consultations, from 25 May until 14 June 2026, to answer your questions about making a medical negligence claim on behalf of your child. She can speak to you at a time that suits you, including in the evening or on the weekend.

Claudia acts for children who have suffered brain injury due to medical negligence, most of whom sustain their brain injury around the time of birth. Claudia also acts for the mothers of her child clients who suffer PTSD as well as physical injuries during birth.
