We’re pleased to share that Charlotte Moore, Partner and Maternity and Birth Injury Lawyer, will be hosting free online legal clinics for Peeps from 19 January to 8 February 2026.
These sessions provide an opportunity for families to receive expert guidance and support from a solicitor specialising in claims arising from a Hypoxic-Ischaemic Encephalopathy (HIE) event.
Charlotte works closely with many families who have experienced an H.I.E. event and can provide advice on concerns regarding medical treatment received by you, your child or a loved one. She is also able to guide families through Maternity and New-born Safety Investigations (MNSI, formerly HSIB) and support them with NHS Resolution’s Early Notification Scheme (ENS).
