Throughout October, our legal support panel member JMW Solicitors will be providing free advice clinics to families supported by Peeps.

JMW welfare benefits expert Phil Runciman will be taking free 30-minute telephone and online appointments with families on Wednesday 2^nd October and Wednesday 9^th October, from 9am until 6pm.

Phil has worked within the benefits sector for more than 30 years, beginning his career with the Benefits Agency, later renamed as the Department for Work and Pensions. Phil is experienced in advising vulnerable people and their families and is passionate about ensuring they obtain the expert help and guidance they need.  Please contact Peeps on info@peeps.hie.org to book an appointment with Phil.

On Monday 7^th October and Monday 14^th October, between 9am and 6pm, Pete McDonnell, a solicitor from JMW specialising in wills, estate planning and administration, trusts and tax matters, is offering free advice appointments to Peeps’ families. Pete has strong technical knowledge with a personal and empathetic approach to dealing with sensitive client matters. He has particular knowledge in the creation and administration of trusts relating to personal Injury and clinical Negligence claims.  JMW is also offering free 30-minute appointments throughout W/C 14^th October and W/C 28^thOctober, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 8pm with partners specialising in medical negligence, with particular expertise in H.I.E. brain injuries. Nicola Wainwright, Angharad Hughes, Jodie Miller and Sally Leonards will be answering families’ questions about concerns they have with medical treatment provided to them, their child, or another loved one.
