Mental Health Awareness Week

Today sees the start of #mentalhealthawareness week. We al have mental health, and sometimes we need a bit of a helping hand to get it back on track.
Since Peeps started, over 180 hours of counselling/therapy has been funded, and our promise is to always to continue to support where we can. Asking for help isn’t a sign of weakness (quite the opposite in fact), you aren’t taking up our time, and you’re not on your own.
If you feel you might benefit from speaking to someone, either an informal chat, or input from a trained professional, simply fill in the new quick form, and we’ll get back to you soon.
Let’s keep talking about mental health, and looking after each other!

Love and good wishes to all who are celebrating!
