New – Professional Panel

After launching our Parent Panel last year, we are now planning a new Professional Panel to run along side.

We’re using the term “professional” in a broad sense, to cover anyone who may work with or support families touched by HIE – such as healthcare professionals (nurses, physiotherapists, speech and language therapists, dieticians), those in education, legal practice, portage workers, other charities or community groups, for example. The list isn’t exhaustive.

The aim of the panel is to help Peeps grow, offering more information and support for anyone who may need it.

If you’d like to find out more you can download our Role Description. If you’d like to chat through please let us know, or you can complete the online application form.

Alternative languages/formats are available, and if you need any help in accessing the information please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Yesterday we came together as a team for lunch - originally it was for our Christmas meal (late from last year, not early for this!) and then became Anne’s retirement do.

Anne joined us in July 2022 and has done a wonderful job looking after families who refer in to Peeps -…
