We would love you to join Peeps on Saturday 23rd May 2026 in Manchester for a Marathon Canal Trek with Charity Challenges! 💛
This 42km fundraising trek takes you along mostly flat canal paths through Sale, Salford Quays, Old Trafford, Castlefield, and finishes in the city centre. This is the perfect challenge for those of us who aren’t runners or mountain climbers!

There are two ways you can take part in this challenge:
- Minimum sponsorship – cost for you: £45, with an agreement to raise a minimum of £260 for Peeps.
- Self-funded – cost: £45 registration fee, then £125 five weeks before the challenge. Peeps will receive 100% of what you raise.

Charity Challenges information:
Minimum sponsorship payment option – The original booking price for this event is £45 (non-refundable), with the agreement to raise a minimum of £260 for Peeps. The use of the exclusive discount code will change this amount to £22.50. Peeps will pay the difference to Charity Challenges for the cost of your place.
The other option is to choose the self-funded payment route, meaning Peeps will receive 100% of the funds you raise.
You are welcome to book your place for the full amount of £45.
This is a fully guided trek with the Charity Challenges team. The day begins early doors in Sale to meet for registration. This challenge is not exclusively for Peeps supporters, and there will be other charity supporters participating too.
This challenge is graded as challenging, and is a great option for people who have an open mind and are hoping to push themselves out of their comfort zone.
Before this challenge, it is advised to do some training walks, hikes, whatever you can to make sure you enjoy the day as best you can. It is also important to train with the kit you plan to wear on the day.
